If something looks off, say so plainly: a price that has shifted on the live page, a whale shark tour whose departure point has changed, an operator missing from the lineup, or a gap the FAQ never covers. Messages are read and used to correct the cards. A reply time cannot be promised, but every note helps.

- A question the FAQ leaves open, such as park fees, what to bring, or which trip suits a nervous snorkeller.
Our Scope
To keep scope honest: no booking, deposit or card details are handled here. Every card links to the operator's live listing, and payment happens on that page. If you hold a reservation and want to change it, cancel it, or ask about the boat, go back to the operator or the booking platform, since they hold your booking and this site does not.
